1. About this site

This website (the “Site”), operated by CPQ Logic Systems (“we,” “us”), is an independent, free-to-use library and blog covering design automation, DriveWorks, and AI-assisted quoting. It lists tools — “Listings” — such as AI skills, MCP servers, plugins, and templates, and links out to their source repositories. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. No fees, no warranty, use at your own risk

The Site and all Listings are provided free of charge and “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. Listings are software created and maintained by third parties. We do not author, test, vet, endorse, or guarantee any Listing, and we are not responsible for what a Listing does. You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and testing any tool before you install or run it, especially in production or against sensitive data or systems.

3. Third-party content and links

Listings link to third-party repositories, services, and software that are governed by their own licenses and terms. Those licenses — not these Terms — govern your use of the underlying software. We have no control over third-party content and are not responsible for it. Trademarks, product names, and logos referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

4. No affiliation

CPQ Logic Systems is an independent business. The Site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by DriveWorks Ltd, Dassault Systèmes SE, Anthropic PBC, or any other company whose products or trademarks may be referenced. “DriveWorks®” is a trademark of DriveWorks Ltd; “SOLIDWORKS®” is a trademark of Dassault Systèmes; “Claude” is a trademark of Anthropic. References are for identification and interoperability only.

5. Your submissions

If you submit a Listing, comment, forum post, or other content (“Submissions”), you represent that you have the right to do so and that your Submission does not infringe anyone’s rights or violate any law. You retain ownership of your Submission and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the Site for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site. You are responsible for your Submissions. We may edit, refuse, or remove any Submission at our discretion, and may suspend accounts that abuse the Site.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: post malicious, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; distribute malware; misrepresent authorship or affiliation; scrape or overload the Site; or interfere with its operation or security. We may remove content or restrict access to keep the Site safe and lawful.

7. Accounts

Signing in uses an email “magic link.” You are responsible for the security of the email account you sign in with and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPQ Logic Systems and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any Listing — even if advised of the possibility. Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed CA$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CPQ Logic Systems from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Submissions, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy

We aim to collect as little as possible. Specifically:

• Sign-in email. If you sign in or subscribe, we store your email address to authenticate you and (if you opt in) to send occasional updates. Data is held in our Microsoft Azure database (Canada region).
• Content you create. Listings, comments, forum posts, votes, and bookmarks you submit are stored so the Site can display them.
• Cookies. We use a small number of functional cookies — for your sign-in session and your theme / data-mode preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
• Email delivery. Sign-in and newsletter emails are sent via Microsoft Azure Communication Services.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the Site (e.g., hosting and email delivery) or where required by law. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated content by contacting us. We keep data only as long as needed to operate the Site.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.
